Tired of being in pain?
Let me change that for you!
Does any of this sound familiar?
You were diagnosed with CRPS or AMPS and left with no answers, no guidance and the message that this would be forever?

No Answers...
You visited doctor after doctor. You were told all the tests looked fine, but you were still in excruciating pain?

No Guidance...
You searched far and wide for help. Took every pill. Have multiple nerve blocks or even a spinal cord stimulator with little to no relief?

No Help...
Most doctors have written you off... Told you that you're faking your pain or even worse said this was all in your head?
Guess what...you are not alone
This is unfortunately the typical experience for those dealing with CRPS and AMPS. It was the same experience I had when I was diagnosed with CRPS myself 10 years ago. This is why when I got out of pain I made it my mission to help people just like myself. The people who were left behind by the medical system.
After breaking free from pain myself I became a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) and Fellow in Pain Science. I have helped people escape the pain of many chronic pain conditions for my entire career. Now, to help even more people, I have designed the perfect course to teach people all that I wish I knew when I was first diagnosed!
Imagine you could...
Get back to the life you knew before this. Return to doing the things doctors have said you would never do. Most of all.. imagine you could find YOU again.

Sandra
I hope you are encouraged to keep on doing the hard things! My dream is to be able to play guitar with my son again, go back to work as a Chef, get back to disaster relief work! I had a work accident about 8 months ago, burning my torso and feet, and breaking my left wrist in two places.
The CRPS set in soon after in my left fingers, hand and wrist. I do not take any pain medications, but I have used Lidocaine patches. I've been working through the online program & going to physical therapy. Through the exercises, I'm beginning to work through some past trauma, the trauma of my work accident, and learning to set boundaries as I begin to re-emerge from CRPS back to life.
These past two weeks, I went to a crafting event, a guitar group practice and plan to help cater a wedding this Sunday. Here are a couple pictures of my injury and new videos from yesterday of my son and I playing guitar together again! I am so grateful to God for sending the perfect helpers my way and I pray you all find the helpers who motivate and encourage you too!

Renee
Hi everyone. I am a CRPS sufferer who was diagnosed when I was 12 and I'm now 47. To say that I have tried just about everything is an understatement. When I first came across this page and learned of the work Chase Teagarden is doing l was very skeptical. I truly thought, "what could he possibly do for me that even those at the Cleveland clinic couldn't or that my SCS doesn't" and my list could go on. I gave myself every possible reason why I should keep scrolling through Facebook
But I signed up without an ounce of hope left in me. I was numb and "thought" emotionless. I’ve only just begun the program with Chase and in a short time I am now able to stand longer than normal while teaching. I even walked my dog for the first time in a LONG LONG time (video in comments) yesterday and most importantly I'm learning how to identify the emotions I don’t want to face which are causing my pain.
MAJOR milestone today! My foot was on fire this morning, I thought about how I was feeling, identified what was troubling me, and then set a boundary with a relative that I would have NEVER have done before!!! Since that moment today, the burning has stopped.
If you or a loved one is even considering looking into what Chase is doing through his program and one on one coaching, don't just look into it...GO FOR IT!!!! Not only am I'm feeling better but l'm learning how to live again thanks to Chase! I’m truly grateful for this blessing.

Leah
Just wanted to come on here and say thanks to Chase Teagarden. My daughter has had CRPS for three years. She started her freshman year with it and our lives have been a nightmare rollercoaster everyday and every night since her pain started.
I found Chase randomly and started following him after trying literally everything - scrambler therapy, acupuncture, gluten, sugar, carb free diet (she does her best), cupping, behavioral cognitive therapy, chiropractic, 32 days and nights in an inpatient pain program at a top hospital, red light therapy, FSM, vitamins (turmeric, vitamin c, lions mane, b12), LDN, Zoloft, gabapentin, Prozac, steroids, Flexeril, hypnosis, PT and OT.
If you want to start your journey to remission just like Renee, Sandra, and Jessica's daughter Leah..
then you have come to the right place!

Here's how the curriculum breaks down

Module 1
In this lesson we explore our own CRPS stories and all that created them. We begin to open our windows...our windows into pain.

Module 2
In this module we learn about the main problem with information spread about CRPS. Breaking free of the fear around the condition is the first step to healing.

Module 3
In this lesson we discuss central sensitization and how CRPS is developed from this. We also discuss how to reverse it!

Module 4
In this module we discuss the concept of "The Alarm" and steps to calming the alarm down again.

Module 5
In this module we discuss how the placebo and nocebo effect play a role in our pain and explore how things doctors have said to us (or things we say to ourselves) shape our pain experience.

Module 6
In this module we discuss the common misconception that structure is responsible for our pain. This is shown to be wrong in research and how to change our mindset about our bodies and move forward!

Don't just take it from me...
Here's what my students have to say:

Donna - Business Owner
Thank you so much for this amazing program, Chase! Thomas said to me that you are our "Moses". I believe that too. I am having to pause this video several times as I can relate to it, especially the grief factor and is very emotional to me. Both of my parents have passed, 2 close friends, my kitty who was my shadow, all in the past few years, and also have an estranged relationship with my daughter the past few years. Since falling due to POTS (which I had also never heard of before), breaking my left wrist on both sides (I'm left-handed) and was diagnosed with CRPS after several months of multiple casts, splints, braces, PT, pain meds (which wigged me out so I stopped taking them), unable to drive because I have vertigo and nerve spasms, unable to focus for long periods of time, my In-Home Boutique of over 3,000 customers crashed due to my FB Group being hacked and shut down...I fell deeper and deeper into depression, which I'm still working on climbing out of. I'm very blessed and thankful for my dear husband who supports me in every way and also our family, close friends and our church. I'm ready to heal, just didn't know how to...until now because of you!

Kelly - Photographer
After not being able to tolerate walking for many months... I have finally got up to 5k! (3 miles yeah) . It started slow. With a pace-graded approach as suggested by Chase in his online program. I would practice taking small steps... then a few more.. then a lot more! I had to learn to pace myself until I was able to get myself on treadmill.
Overtime I learned to work with a HIIT routine, running at a 5 for 30 seconds then down to a fast walk for 40 seconds. Did 6 sets of those then for the rest of the time on treadmill just varied pace! Can’t run this ‘yet’ but very proud I’m able to run for 6sets of 30 seconds at all.
I have confidence now that I will beat this thing!

Daltyn - 11 years old (Written by Mom)
This program and coaching has Daltyn fully engaged. Makes my heart happy! We have be going the program and working with Coach Chase!! Every day is a new day!! Daltyn had surgery on 12/12…everything was going as planned but his pain started growing about 6 weeks in. After he had his sutures removed the “pain” started. I am a 26+ year nurse that has never heard or experience this life changing diagnosis. BUT we have met the best people…Regina who's daughter worked with Chase and then Chase himself….we are now hopeful of a full recovery and remission. Every day is a new day and a new challenge. When we needed it the most we found our foundation of healing. We are forever grateful!!

Pain is NOT your PRISON..
It is time to Break Free!
You didn't come this far...
to only come this far.
If you are sick of feeling stuck with this pain the time is NOW to start moving again.
